I can only find NDarthRevan.mdl, no BOS prefix. BOSRevan does not exist, however, neither does BOS_DarthRevan or any other variation I've tried. one possible way to make the robe the flowing version is to rename the flowing robes model file to the BOS's one, as I am the uploader i cant exactly remember the name of the BOS robe model, but i think its BOSRevan, hope that helps!
